Shake a Leg Together at the After-Work Party
An evening full of conversation, music and togetherness
Whether it's a spontaneous get-together in the lounge or a planned after-work session - we always have opportunities to spend the evening together. Such formats emerge from various corners of the Börsenvereinsgruppe and ensure that you can get to know colleagues outside of meetings and emails. Susanne was also at the last after-work party and captured a few impressions for us.
It's been a while since our last after-work party - so it's high time we enjoyed an after-work beer together again. After all, the colleagues in the Börsenvereinsgruppe are known to be a party-loving bunch who appreciate a mixture of good company, a relaxed atmosphere and music.
No sooner said than done: we invited people to an after-work event in our employee lounge - and many responded to the call. Everything from interns to management was represented, a colorful mix of people that you could only wish for. After just a short time, it was clear that this was not just about chatting, but also about being together as equals.
With nibbles, cool drinks and relaxed music, we quickly got talking - about projects, new ideas or simply about life outside the office. It was nice to sit together again, laugh and chat in a relaxed atmosphere - even away from the daily work routine.
It is always particularly nice to see how open and uncomplicated the exchange is across all areas of the company. It is precisely occasions like this that show what our working atmosphere is all about: a culture of togetherness that also includes partying.
It was an all-round successful evening, during which not only old contacts were maintained, but new ones were also made. And one thing quickly became clear: the next after-work party should not be so long in coming.
